Handturned Southwestern Style Bowl #61 by Robert St. Pierre

Robert St. Pierre is a fine craftsman located here in Maine. He has been engaged in his craft for more than 40 years. The body of Bob’s work encompasses pieces as diverse as handcrafted mandolins and mandolas… to finely executed wood turnings. Katahdin Home is pleased to offer for sale some of Bob’s original pieces turnings.

Bowl #61 is a meticulously composed "segmented" piece of 100's of blocks several species of wood. The achieving the coherent mosaic pattern is the crux of creating this precision work of art.

The bowl measures approximately 9" in width, and stands about 6" in height.
